Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing number - we never touch your number or your phone service. You simply forward missed, busy, or out-of-hours calls to a CallNudge number. Only those forwarded calls reach us. Everything else rings as normal.

Does it actually sound like a human?

What does it cost after the free trial?

Plans start at £60 a month - Early Access (50 calls included), Trade at £100 (100 calls), and Busy Trade at £150 (200 calls). Extra calls are £1 each, so you only pay more if you use more. No VAT is currently charged. If VAT becomes legally applicable later, we will give at least 30 days' written notice before your total price changes. To cancel, just email us - we won't make you ring up to leave.

Will it work for my line of work?

Calls are answered by an AI call assistant that records and transcribes the conversation so it can collect the details needed to return the enquiry. Retell call artefacts are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, and active internal call-log rows are routinely removed sooner. Email, SMS, provider backups, and copies held by the business you called follow the separate limits explained in our Privacy Policy. Some processing may take place in the United States under appropriate contractual safeguards.
